Thanks for this! I'm still writing my first novel and have all this to come (hopefully!). I think I'll find this phase incredibly overwhelming due to my ADHD, but it's great to get an early vibe on what the future holds.
Thanks for reading! I think it's overwhelming to most (all?) of us. I have a communications background so much of this feels natural to me but I still get overwhelmed by figuring out what I want to do and how much of it. It is hard.

Thank you! And yes, whenever something in publishing confuses me, I try to juxtapose it with the equivalent in the corporate world. Right now, I'm applying to keep the job I have next year (meaning I'm writing a proposal to sell a new book.)
